  • Our staff is made up of trusted friends and family that have assisted us for many years.
  • We will sell the items in your home. Sometimes we will recommend certain items be sold at another venue if we believe it to be to your advantage. ¬†Our goal is to make the most for you.
  • We take care of all the advertising. These include newspaper advertisements, mailings and emails sent to a select target market, including many repeat customers.
  • Our sales are adequately staffed to protect against theft.
  • Locked cases for jewelry or small items are provided.
  • There are no up-front costs. We charge competitive rates, which include all costs for publicity, staffing. Appraisals service can be arranged if necessary.
  • Sale proceeds are paid by the end of the next week once the sale has been held.
  • We handle all aspects of the estate sale, including organization, set-up, pricing, research utilizing our library, as well as the latest online pricing sources, merchandising, advertising and all bookkeeping during the sale.We specialize in a wide range of estate services including the sale of entire estates, household downsizing and relocation sales.
